ENJOY Life!!

Happy, HAPPY Birthday to my eldest, and ONLY daughter, Kathleen!! She is the mother of 2 of my 3 handsome, grandsons (Vince & Max); married to a wonderful husband and devoted father (Keith). She is a mechanical/drafting engineer, taking time off to be a fulltime mother and "domestic" engineer; has a home business on the side, and is, truthfully, one of my best friends!
Her birthdate was NOT my idea!! I was due around December 27th (don't worry, Kat, I won't tell the year!). Her father, my ex-husband, had told me, as I passed the date, to not even THINK about having the baby on New Years Day, as all the good football games were on!! So, as the dutiful, loving wife I WAS, I waited to go into labor in the early morning hours of January 2nd, after all the bowl games, beer drinking and chip eating were done. Only took 5 1/2 hours after that! I'd had enough of waiting around, as I'm sure she had!!
